Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery:
Processing Time: Orders ship within 2–3 business days. We ship early in the week to avoid weekend transit delays for fresh gels. 
No Weekend Transit: Please be advised sea moss gel orders only ship Monday & Tuesdays. This prevents fresh gels from sitting in a courier's warm warehouse over a Sunday.
Raw Sea Moss Exception: Note that non-perishable raw sea moss bags may ship Monday through Friday
"Defrosted Ice Pack" Disclosure
  • Normal Thawing: Transit ice packs may arrive melted, but the product remains safe if it is cool to the touch.
  • “If you product arrives with the ice packs defrosted it will still be fresh and consumable. Never double dip if eating from spoon directly, use different spoons to prevent bacteria contamination. 

Strict Delivery Window & Staging Liability
  • Immediate Unboxing: Customers must retrieve the package on the day of delivery.
  • No Heat Exposure Liability: NuYu Organics is not liable for spoiled gel if a package is left outside on a porch, in a parcel locker, or in the sun for an extended period. 
Carrier Delays and P.O. Boxes
  • Force Majeure / Courier Delays: Once a package is handed to the carrier (like USPS or UPS), transit times are estimates only. NuYu Organics is not financially liable for carrier-caused delays. 
  • P.O. Box Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes quickly enough for perishable goods, gels cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes. 
Incorrect Addresses: You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided at checkout.
